• A&R reps are not employed by West Division. Do not present yourself as our employee.

• The A&R Network is a referral program. You should let artists know that your unique sign-up link is an affiliate marketing link.

• The commission you earn does not affect the artists’ royalties. Artists earn the same royalty rates if they sign up directly or via your link, but they’ll get one free year if they use your link.

• All artists retain 100% of the rights to their music.

• Artists you recruit to West Division will receive Complementary One Year Free of Unlimited Distribution w/ code: NEWARTIST2023

• It is not permitted for A&R reps to create releases using their own A&R links, or for any customers to create multiple accounts via A&R links.

• You are allow to present your position as either A&R Ambassador or A&R Representative on your LinkedIn profile.

​

• As an A&R Ambassador, you will earn 10% Perpetual Residual Royalties. This means that you will earn royalties based on your rosters performance indefinitely.  The commission you earn does not affect the artists’ royalties. Artists earn the same royalty rates if they sign up directly or via your link, but they’ll get one free year of unlimited distribution if they use your unique link.
